the above quote can be toughest thing for a person to do... I still have my days when I become selfish and think "me first, me first", which only hurts the people around you. And when you have a wife and kids that's not right. Thank God for the opportunity to grow as an man and become selfless. It has become quite the journey as I look back at my younger days, but I know that I'm one step closer to becoming selfless as long as I stay conscious of my actions.
We are formed and molded by our thoughts. Those whose minds are shaped by selfless thoughts give joy when they speak or act. Joy follows them like a shadow that never leaves them. Buddha
