1 Week Down.....many to go!


They say it takes 21 days to create a habit... I have spent close to 30 years creating and perfecting bad ones! I'm feeling pretty good about my workouts I have done in the last week, plus I started to zone my meals today, sort of! I accidentally consume both of my snacks at the same time. Before I started my "training", I weighed in at 185lbs, 11% body fat. I'm currently at 182lbs, 10.2% body fat. I have a feeling after this week I'm currently in that body fat % is going to drop significantly while my weight is going to go up. Here is a pic of Jeremy and I finish up his marathon... I'm on the right.
