Emotions create motion is a phrase that I borrowed from Tony Robbins. A simple phrase with a powerful message. Everyday we are filled with a multitude of emotions...highs and lows...what you do with those emotions can create the life you want or the life no sane individual in their right mind would want. pay attention to the emotions that you feel or rather create and do something with them. remember, an emotion is something that you manifest not something that is placed upon you.
