3 Jerk @135Took the last couple of days off not by choice (Carey was out of town).... but wasn't a bad thing, I feel extremely rested even after the workout. The MU's wore me out, but everything else was manageable. As a side note, it has been 8 days since my last drink of alcohol, makes all the difference in the world.
Wow....for all you parents out there this is a must watch.....
