 Getting the Garden ready for Spring


With the wife in Miami for the next 3 days my workouts will be somewhat random.  This morning I will do a "Baby Grace", weight @115#'s (all the weight I have at home).  The goal is to hold on to the bar for all 30 reps.   Once I hit 30 reps I will take a 3minute break, then  I will start the clock a second time and do as many reps as possible in 5 minutes.


DWOD 1:  Time:  80seconds, did NOT let go of the bar

30 clean and jerk @115#


DWOD 2:
5 minutes as many c/j @115#
