Today at Hyde Park Gym a group of us from Central are going to flip some TIRES! Sounds like a good time to me! (6 flips in 1minutes of 630-650# tire)
But before we lose our flipping minds...we are going to clean up the place! looking to best my PR of 250#, which I just set this past Monday. (254#...PR!)
