SNATCH IT..postponed till Monday, off to the farm for some church time!



Was going to rest but have decided against it....  the snatch is a weakness that I need to address!  I will start addressing it now!  Possible rain delay...my front porch is extremely slippery when it rains, will postpone till tomorrow if the rain doesn't stop soon.  I will have to Double up my workouts tomorrow.

*Perform at 75% of 3 RM Power Snatch
Rest 120 seconds between sets.
